Terry Bogard

His cap has always been varying: in the beginning it had ‘king of fighters’ written on it, then it had nothing on it and now finally it has 'Fatal Fury' written on it...in the FF anime it has a metal plate there to avoid this whole issue!

He was born on March 15, making him a Pisces.

He was the first ever-fighting hero of SNK.

He was the first ever SNK mascot…later they changed it to Kyo.

His only student is Rock Howard.

His father was the student of Tung Fu Ru.

In the FF anime Ru teaches him the whirlwind attack to beat Geese...which of course isn't canon.

Terry does not like Lily, Joe does...and she isn’t dead. And her name isn't Lily McGuire, its Lily Kane.

Terry and Mary's relationship eventually didn't work out (damn!!!).

Terry actually has no clue why Mary is angry with him (*men* & *women*)

He fights to learn from them and doesn’t mind losing as long as he knows that he gave it his all.

He loves fast food.

He loves playing basketball.

He can shoot 50 straight 3 pointers.

He can tell a woman’s three sizes at first glance…cool.

He hates slugs.

He also hates cigarettes and cigars.

He was actually supposed to be the one leading the SNK team in the entire crossover series...but they changed it to Kyo cuz of the whole "logo" thing. Lame.

He loves country music.

He also likes rock music.

Terry is a huge videogame freak...finally, a fighting game hero we can relate to!

He also enjoys fishing (Real Bout and Real Bout 2 ending).

His jacket has 'king of fighter' on it in the games HE is the hero in (fatal fury, Real bout). However it is not there in the KoF series.

The sign of Terry-Mary-break-up-to-be is in their lines to each other in KoF '03.

His jacket in Mark of the wolves says 'running wild' under the star. The sides read 'airborne'.

He gave his famous cap to Rock as a gift.

He keeps on losing Mary's telephone number (dumb-ass!)

He has his own bike too but prefers riding with Mary.

The only thing of his old outfit that remains is his glove. They are his prized things and were given to him by his father Jeff Bogard.

In the later parts of the series (most evidently in Maximum impact) his gloves have 'Terry' written on them.

He has a pet monkey (KoF '99 win pose) and (also Fatal Fury 3). Its name is Ukee.

His monkey went missing later on though.

Terry is pretty irresponsible and isn't punctual at all as he is always late to meetings (all KoF team stories have him coming around late or not at all).

He is also pretty unorganized as he always keeps on losing things. idiot.

Terry is a good-natured guy and is popular with almost all the participants in the KoF. If not popular he is at least one of the most feared and respected ones.

Terry invented his power geyser DM in the KoF '93 tournament (Fatal Fury 2) during his battle with Krauser and used it to defeat him. And no it WAS NOT in a rematch.

Buster wolf is his STRONGEST DM.

His strongest move (SDM) would be the POWER STREAM. Power stream owns.

Terry and Rock's rivalry actually seems more intense in the Mark of the wolves series as opposed to Maximum impact, where though rivals, Rock and Terry seem to genuinely care about each other. In MOTW its really "between the lines" and Rock seems way more withdrawn from Terry, while Terry seems to be normal. Probably with age, Rock drifted further and further away from Terry. Ungrateful mutt!

Ryo and Terry share a friendly yet very intense rivalry. Though, Terry is the obvious superior fighter (Terry being a legend and having been confirmed to have beaten Ryo in KoF 94), however, Terry doesn't surpass Ryo by too much and after the intro of KoF 2006, we are clearly shown that Terry would be an idiot if he takes Ryo too lightly for more than he ought to. Ryo is by no means someone you can take lightly. And besides the way he was kicked the shit out of Terry in the intro of KoF 2006/MI2 shows his power and, really, he deserves respect. Poor Terry, lol.

Terry Bogard is my best player in all SNK games and in all the versus games. BURN KNUCKLE!

when I was a kid I used to think Terry says "BANDA KO" instead of "burn knuckle". Err...ahem...

His burn knuckle can over turn cars. Damn!

He is also pretty infamous for his "ENGRISH" taunts and quotes. For instance when shouting 'rising tackle', most people think he is saying "raisin taco". Another one of my personal favorite is when he is  actually saying 'hurry up' but sounds like he's saying "hairy ape". Oh and not to mention "by the way" instead of 'power wave'. Also "bustaa WOORF" instead of "buster wolf". And the old time favorite "power pizza" instead of "power geyser". Lol. Don't you just love this guy?

We have Satoshi Hashimoto to thank for all of these "Engrish" shouts as he has been doing Terry's voice since as long as I can remember.

Kim Kaphwan and Terry Bogard share the same voice actor: Sotashi Hashimoto.

For some reason Terry didn't do the "power dunk" throughout the three Fatal Fury anime even though it is one of his trademark moves.

Terry did the "power charge" to Krauser in their rematch but he didn't shout out the name.

Andy is more intelligent between the two brothers.

Terry, due to his carefree, irresponsible nature tends to be a bit of a "lunkhead" some times. Think Spike Spiegel.

He isn't stupid though and in fact has some really deep quotes himself. Also his wisdom is more "between the lines".

He also doesn't want to bore people by sounding like a preacher as it is personally something that irritates him too and the main reason he avoids Kim sometimes.

It is common for Terry to give a good sermon or advice and just joke around a little later so as to not seem superior.

He is the archetype American (as far as Japanese clichés are concerned): blue eyed, blonde, tall, loud, fiery and intense.

Most people assume that his built is a result of intense training. However, Terry actually works out in the local South Town gym. There is even one picture of him doing "bicep curls" with really heavy dumbbells while a young Rock is trying to lift a single dumbbell with both hands.

Terry doesn't actually "train" like Andy and Ryu. His idea of training is fighting on the streets of South Town...or anywhere for that fact. Since South Town is loaded with various fighters employing various arts, Terry gets a pretty kick ass training.

Also since he is a fighter of legendary caliber there are always people out there picking fights with him.

He has a thing for clubhouse sandwiches that he gets from Richard's Pao Pao cafe and Pao Pao cafe 2.

He also loves hotdogs when on the streets and whenever he is shown eating it is either from Pao Pao cafe (1 or 2) or hotdogs.

Rock is the one who does the cooking and also the one who does the shopping for groceries as Terry tends to goof up. After all those years on the streets he isn't particular about the quality of the food. Rock is and hence has no choice but to do the cooking and the shopping himself.

In fact even when Rock was a kid, Terry, though he brought Rock up as best as he could, was never too keen about what would be suitable for a kid and what wouldn't be. That is why I like Terry Bogard: he has his flaws and personal draw backs. I bet if Capcom had anything to do with it Ryu would magically know what would be the best thing to get for a 10 year old kid for him to grow up properly...from the streets!

Terry has gained five kilos by the time he hit his peek in MOTW.

It is actually due to Rock's good cooking that Terry has gained weight. Rock is especially good at making the clubhouse sandwiches that Terry has been addicted to from since the time the first Pao Pao cafe opened up.

Terry has stopped shouting the name of his moves since KoF 2002. Probably he has become more conscious of the fact that he is getting old and so doesn't want to continue saying "geyser" all the time. Lol.

Terry is known to find wrestlers the easiest to beat. In fact he is so good at it and finds them so easy that towards his prime he isn't intimidated by them at all. "Sorry, but pro-wrestlers just don't scare me."

Terry doesn't think too much about Maui Thai and that is one of the reasons why Joe is always trying so hard to make him think otherwise.

Terry has a cool light grey colored bike. He uses it very rarely and probably its only used when he is in South Town.

Terry has four standard ways of traveling: driving his bike, trains, hitch hiking or riding with Mary.

Terry's personal favorite is trains and is the most frequent ones he uses.

Even most of his stages are train stations or on a train.

Terry eventually tried driving a rent-a-car ONCE but that plan was a disaster as he got lost...and ran out of gas. Much to Rock's charging.

Though Terry loves videogames it seems he isn't very good at them. Even in the Fatal Fury anime he is shown getting his ass kicked in what sounded like Fatal Fury2.

Terry also loves fishing but isn't good at that either. Lol. There is a picture of him where he is fishing with Rock but gets embarrassed when Rock catches a fish while he continuously fails to.

Contrary to what most people think (and even I fell in that error long time ago) Terry doesn't have his own fishing boat. The boat he uses to go out fishing actually belongs to the fact, bearded guy we see in his Real Bout Special ending. He is also the same guy who is standing next to Mary in the KoF 96 Fatal Fury stage.

Terry's stages are usually trains or near the sea (port or beach).

Though Andy sends Terry regular mails, Terry never does that. Once again: irresponsible idiot!

Terry is popular with all the orphans in South Town as not only is he the hometown hero, he also helps around to improve their condition as much as he can, just like his father, Jeff Bogard, did.

Terry is also popular because he is a regular at the basket ball courts where he plays with the local kids.

Terry fights to improve his own skills.

Terry also fights to set an example for the orphans in South Town: life is a journey uphill but you have to be strong and always move forward and give it your best.

However, the winning money is mostly spent on the orphans of South Town where he tries to make their lives better than his own when he was in the same place all those years ago. That's why Terry is always around doing odd jobs even though the money he makes is a lot...most of it goes to the orphans. THAT is why Terry Bogard owns! "Hey! Come on, come on!"

Terry originally had white snickers all the way up till Fatal Fury 3.

In Fatal Fury3 he got the red All-star shoes that he has been wearing since. He even acknowledges the fact in his victory comment to Hon Fu, "I'm aksin ya if you can do me the favor of NOT bleeding on my new shoes!"

Even in the intro of MI we see Terry facing up Soiree while Alba is sizing up Ryo Sakazaki.

Terry also loves wall painting.

Terry is the FIRST champ of KoF in the KoF/FF timeline. However, in the FF/AoF timeline it is Ryo who is the first champ of KoF.

Terry's hat was actually in Jeff's breast pocket at the time he took the fatal heart blow from Geese. While dying in Terry's arms, Jeff took it out and gave it to him...that's why it has such a sentimental value for Terry. Though you gotta wonder why he has a knack of tossing it around every time he gets excited...dumbass.

Terry knows how to play drums, in fact in one of the KoF97 songs and official arts, Terry was shown playing the drums and in the songs he was also leading the chorus. lol.

Athena is one of the few people who actually doesn't like Terry. This is more of an in-joke on SNK's behalf since when deciding on a mascot for their company they chose Terry over Athena due to him being more popular. Athena hates him due to that and considers him rude.

Terry possibly either invented the move but at any rate he used it to defeat Duck King in FF1. That move was the rising tackle.

When Andy and Terry met after many years, Andy was jealous of Terry. In fact to date, Andy has always been jealous of Terry due to Terry's good height (5"11) while Andy is a bit of a shorty standing at 5"7.

the person stepping on a battered Terry's cap in the RB2 poster is actually Rick Strowd. Bad ass.

Terry only made it to the finals of KoF94. since then its been other teams.

Terry Bogard is NOT unbeaten. He has lost fights in the past. The name "unbeaten wolf" is about as figurative as "invincible dragon" is for Ryo. It doesn't mean he hasn't lost a fight. We even see Terry losing to Kyo in KoF: Kyo in a friendly fight.

Terry was voted as the 8th most popular hero in Gamest 1997 Heroes Collection.

Terry was voted number1 for the US 2005 SNK poll, winning it with a lanslide.

Gene

his 100-crack-fist move is an obvious parody of Fist of the North Star. YOU WA SHOCK!

He even does the kick-based version of it...but only to bigger opponents or bosses.

the setting of godhand also seems Fist of the North Star inspired, complete with gangsters ruling with terror and the post-apocalyptic setting.

for some strange reason he's drawn as  silver-haired in the official art but in-game he has light brown hair.

despite being the hero of the game, the fist shown on the game cover is actually Azel's.

he seems to attract the dominatrix-type chicks. The 3 stooges who work for the dominatrix who wants Gene's arm, Shanon the hedonist bitch and even Olivia is  pushy as hell. Godhand or not, Olivia isn't above bullying him into doing her work for her. chicks...

Since he had his real arm hacked off, Gene's developed a huge phobia against axes.

The above fact is often used against him by Olivia. It's practically her trump card.

Ryo Sakazaki

He was born on the 2nd August making him a Leo (shows too).

He was voted number 24 in the staff's all time favorite characters in the Gamest 1997 Heroes collection. It was out of the top 50 CHARACTERS.

He is the first KoF winner according to the FF-AoF timeline.

The fact that Ryo is a direct homage to Goku is the fact that his gi is the same style as that of Goku with the orange gi, black hand gaurds AND the black t-shirt underneath. He also has the hair color of Super Saiyan Goku and the style is similar but less flamboyant.

SNK even goes out of their way to acknowledge this fact in MI2, by making Ryo's Mr. Karate 2nd costume a direct ripoff of Goku. That's right boys and girls, Ryo is not a Ryu parody....not to mention that Ryu himself is a spoof of Kenshiro and Goku. Which won't be surprising given that the game planners of SF1 are the same people who made AoF1.

From Kenshiro, Ryo gets the legendary 100-crack-fist (hyakuu-retsu-ken) here renamed to slashing-crack-fist (zan-retsu-ken).

Unless you're a fucking a idiot, you can read solid, irrefutable facts about the influence of Fist of the North Star on fighting games here.

Iori Yagami

He was born on the 25th March making him an Ares.

His mother was a gentle woman but she died giving birth to him leaving him to be brought up by his dominating father.

He has a huge golden ring (later changed to silver) on his middle finger. Some say it was his mother's while some say it is a 'Yagami' family crest.

The Kusanagi & Yagami martial arts are actually a mix of Chinese Kung Fu and Japanese flame controlling techniques. That is why some of the move names start with gai-shiki (foreign-style).

When Iori was first introduced back in '95 many people started wearing pants like him. Another sign of the measure of impact he has had.

Iori's fan club was the biggest fan club of a fighting game character. It was then tied or almost tied with that of K'.  Kyo’s is big too but from what I know Iori, K’ and Terry are the most famous three.

Kyo and Iori's intro in KoF '01 is homage to the famous anime Fist Of The North Star... The hero of that anime (awesome anime if you like violence), Kenshiro, says "Hey, what is the color of your blood?" to some badass he is about to kill.

His prized possession is his guitar (not sure if it is lead or base).

Also his ring is his prized possession...

Iori has his own rock band and is the lead singer and guitarist (base/lead) in it.

Mature and Vice were rumored to have been lesbians...and Iori used to have a lot of fun with them as he used to join in sometimes...even though they are elder than him.

His favorite number is 4 (shi) that also means 'death' and is considered an unlucky number (rumor)

The color purple is a sign of death...Iori's flames are color purple...death again.

He is wearing a thin belt on his neck (?).

Iori Yagami has an undeniable identical personality and history as Kazuya Mishima. See it here [Kazuya-Iori].

Yashiro hates Iori cuz he stole their spotlight once. Iori has no clue about this.

His music is really loved and he is very famous.

He can play any sport.

He hates violence (can you define irony any better than this?)

He loves eating meat…I can relate to him.

He has a new alternate outfit in KoF: maximum impact. He is wearing a red open shirt that he hasn't tucked in; grey snake-leather pants, black gloves and black shoes. His hair is shorter and is actually combed. They are also died black.

He has blue eyes...which turn red when he is pissed (spooky!)

As a child, Iori used to spend a lot of time in the quarries and used to crush rocks with his bare hands. That is why his fingers have gotten so strong that he can slice-n-dice with them.

He seems to have a thing for planes taking off considering KoF MI2 intro and ending.

His father sent him money and whores to satisfy and win over Iori once Iori walked out on him. Iori used the money and banged the whores to his heart's content...and didn't bother listening to his father. Yup, this is why everyone loves Iori.

Contrary to Kyo, Iori always calls him by his first name, "Kyo". It is probably evident of the fact that for Iori their rivalry has transcended the whole "family feud" bit and is now a totally PERSONAL feud.

Not to mention that Iori really doesn't care about the whole family feud thing. He just hates Kyo. Period.

While Kyo referred to him with the accepted "omae" up till KoF 99, Iori has always referred to Kyo with the harsh/rude/offensive "kisama".

Should be noted that Iori ALWAYS refers to others as "kisama" except in his 'remember me when you see the moon' win pose where he says "omae".

The whole thing about Iori having a girlfriend seems to have been ditched since Playmore came around. I personally liked that idea as it gave Iori more layers. But...Iori is still Iori. Who gives a fuck?

Iori isn't a sexually deprived loony though (*cough* Ryu *cough*) and most definitely still goes around banging whores when he feels like it. Not the most religious of men of course.

Iori is a smoker. There have been numerous official arts with him smoking.

Iori also wears spectacles. Official arts again.

Genjuro Kibagami seems to be an ancestor of Iori. They both are the smoking, whore banging, grudge holding, arrogant badasses so it just might be true.

A cosplayer Iori is shown doing his famous "sono mama shine" win pose in the Japan team stage in KoF 98.

Iori's long time wish to pound the living shit out of Kyo finally came true in KoF XI when in Riot he devastates Kyo.

Ash would then appear and challenge Riot Iori only to defeat him with great ease showing that Ash is in fact very, very powerful.

However, interestingly, Ash would point out later that Iori's going into Riot mode actually made him weaker. Reasons for this are unknown though it may be linked to the fact that the sacred trinity (Kyo, Iori and Chizuru's combined powers) is actually broken.

Further, interestingly, if Riot Iori (who was actually in a weaker state) pummeled Kyo then it obviously means that regular Iori would do worse.

Probably that's the reason why SNK has them working on the same side these days.

The eight-maiden-shrine or what is commonly called the "maiden masher" is not the whole move that Iori does. The move itself is the part where Iori sinks his fingers inside the opponent and creates the explosion of flames that we all love by now. The follow up to it, that is the slashing, is something that Iori just does to damage his opponents enough for the next part to be even more effective (and sadistic as they would be rendered practically immobile due to pain and blood loss). Sadistic bastard...don't you just love him?

Another hint of the fact that Iori isn't evil or a mad sociopath is the fact that even though Shingo was constantly irritating him prior to the KoF XI tournament (Shingo was the one who tried to talk Iori into joining him and Kyo) Iori, though irate, didn't attack Shingo.

In the prologue of KoF XI Iori is burning incense at some shrine/tomb/grave when Kyo comes to meet him. Though there was tension, Iori was willing to listen to what Kyo had to say which again shows the other side of Iori.

Iori, however, does make it clear that the one to kill Kyo would be him.

However, he does agree that "this isn't the place". Wonder whose grave it was?

Ironically Iori and Kyo have lighters for their cigarettes *shrug*

Iori, if we count him defeated Geonitz and Orochi with Kyo in 96 and 97, then he is a two time KoF co-champion with Kyo. And with counting KoF 2003 as him having beaten Mukai with Kyo again, means that Iori is the joint winner of KoF2003 as well.

This makes Iori Yagami a 3-time KoF champ.

The fact that Kyo and Iori are pretty much even (with Iori holding still holding an upper hand) is clearly shown in the KoF98 Dreamcast intro where the two are fighting in an alley. Iori not only lands the bulk of the hits but also almost all the hard hits are from him. Kyo only manages to land good shots when Iori gets a little cocky at one point and then later when Iori lost his cool for a bit after getting a REALLY REALLY good uppercut from Kyo. Lol...he wasn't happy when he got that one.

Similar was the CGI video of KoF Zillion where again Iori is shown with a clear dominance over Kyo. In fact when the video starts, Kyo is kneeling in front of Iori clearly beaten up badly and panting. Iori is standing tall and unfazed. Again the only time Kyo was able to land good shots on Iori was when Iori got a little cocky. But aside from that Iori always held the upper hand.

at one point Iori punched Kyo with a hard hook that smacked Kyo at least more than 30 feet away into the side of a cliff! damn!

When charging up to high levels Iori has an huge eruption of fire around his  body that continues to generated as long as he is powering up...the column of fire reaching very, very high! Sheesh...no wonder these two pwned a demon god by themselves!

Iori is said to actually likes cats.

Iori is the bassist in his group.

Iori is either a right handed person or is in fact ambidextrous since he can perform powerful moves from either arm. He is, however, right handed since when charging up his flames he does it with his right arm.

In the KoF97 official arts, there is a pick of Iori playing the bass with Kyo (seems to be playing lead), Athena singing, Terry on the drums.

In the KoF97 song, when Terry tells everyone to say something while singing (seems it was a karaoke) when his turns comes, Iori pauses for a while and simply saws: go to hell....much to everyone's charging.

In the KoF96 song that Kyo and Iori are singing, both show their "poetic" side in the lyrics.

At one time prior to KoF97 Iori used to frequently come to Kyo's school to play mind games with him. Often taunting and beckoning Kyo to bring it, while at the same time messing with his friends. Yuki eventually had had enough of Iori's attitude and stopped Kyo and Iori from getting into a full fledge fight since she pointed out that innocent people would get hurt.

Iori grabbed her by the throat, however, and while choking her asked Kyo if he thinks Iori will hurt innocent people. He answered it for Kyo by letting Yuki go and walking away. That was the last time he came to Kyo's school.

The fact that Yuki was able to stop Iori from fighting Kyo and the fact that he left her unharmed (and the kidnapping incident) both point out how he respects her. Yuki on the other hand, though she doesn't hate him, isn't particularly fond of him either...she finds him a little spooky. Don't blame her, lol!

Iori's team reached Kyo's team in KoF95. Iori left his team to fend for themselves in the final bout of the tournament (yes iori and kyo's teams reached the finals) they were defeated since Iori wasn't there.

However, Iori did this to see how Kyo fairs against Rugal since he considered Rugal a weak putz (a fact made obvious because Rugal was destroyed by only a percentage of the Orochi power while that power runs in Iori's blood). Though Kyo barely hung on and survived the fight against Rugal, Iori figured it would be interesting to fight Kyo.

In KoF96 Iori trained hard for their bout but it was cut short since Kagura interfered and took Kyo and his team away to where Goenitz was.

In KoF97 Iori again was to face Kyo in the finals of the tournament but went riot before anything could happen. Basically Kyo has been escaping with the skin of his teeth since KoF95.

Unlike Kyo, Iori is not a normal human being. Go here for a thorough and one of the MOST in-depth explanation you'd ever get for the bloodline issue in the KoF universe. Know Iori Yagami's power like you've never known it before! A MUST READ FOR ALL KOF FANS

To read another in-depth look at Iori's riot of blood state and the myths and facts about it, go here. [A MUST READ FOR ALL KOF FANS]

Iori was voted the staff's MOST FAVORITE CHARACTER in the Gamest 1997 heroes collection. Go Iori!

K Dash

He is NOT a clone of Kyo. He is loosely termed clone cuz he was biologically inserted with Kyo's flame genes.

K' and Kula fell in love after or during their fight in KoF '00. hell of a first date.

His story is also a lot like Wolverine's.

His way of walking is just like Spike Spiegel's from Cowboy Bebop. Ever noticed?

He isn’t social at all.

He hates the KoF tournament.

He sucks at sports.

He likes eating beef jerky.

He hates sweets.

His jacket reads 'The Beast of Prey'.

He always seems to have a scowl on his face.

Though he tends to be annoyed with Kula's carefree/naive/optimistic attitude he actually loves her deeply. Needless to say he doesn't show it though.

His outfit is often debated over with some saying it is grey while some (*cough* idiots *cough*) saying it is purple. His outfit IS grey, dark grey. All his official portraits and his cosplayers have him drawn in grey. It is especially obvious as all his in game portraits are grey too. The only time his outfit is purple is in the KoF comics and we know how full of shit they are [click here to see just how much]. In game his outfit is grey...the only time his outfit is purple is his "another K'' outfit and that is not even him. Its a "would have been".

Like Iori, K' also refers to everyone with the rude/harsh manner however he uses "teme" instead of "kisama". In translations, "teme" is almost always written as the equivalent of "bastard" for men and "bitch" for girls.

K' drives a red, open-top Jeep Wrangler with black leather seats.

He had to ditch it after KoF MI2 as it over-heated. He wasn't too pleased with the idea of walking all the way back home.

Kula didn't seem too upset but her attempts to cheer up K' were only so successful.

Many people think he is a Christian because of the cross "choker" he is wearing. However, it is just a cross shaped pendant. It isn't the crucifix. Should be obvious but we always have those "special" people around with amazing observation, don't we?

He just wears the red glove for the heck of it as a force of habit.

Later on K' can summon flames on both hands...not just his gloved hand.

In the KoF comics his "crow bite" move is ALWAYS written as "Claw bite".

Initially K' was really skinny but later on SNK decided to put on a few more pounds on him probably so that he gains some credibility as a "hero". And then they introduce "Fag Crimson".

By KoF XI some of his memories are coming back.

The "another K" character is not actually K' and what he looked like prior to the "cloning" process. It was K' before they decided to change his hairstyle and skin tone since he looked too similar to Rock Howard, another 17 year old punk.

As a friend of mine informed me, K's fighting style may very well be a personalized version of Jeet Kaun Do (thanks Charlotte)

Certain bits about K' that seem like homage to Spike Spiegel (and SNK does that on many occasions) and Bruce Lee: his manner of walking, the fact that he uses a certain personalized variation of Jeet Kaun Do, the one-inch punch, the fact that his best friend and comrade is part machine and many years older, skinny but tall with muscular torso, more prone to perform high kicks, combinations and relying more on his speed, unorthodox Jeet Kaun Do as surprise and the fact that his stance is "loose" as well. (thanks for pointing it out Charlotte)

Another reference/homage seems to be the fact that Igniz (K' arch nemesis) is actually voiced by the same person who voiced Vicious...Spike Speigel's arch nemesis.

K' actually falls asleep if the player does not move him for a couple of seconds.

Geese Howard

He is rumored to have drunk Goenitz's blood once Iori left. People bring it up as the reason why his "ki" (and later Rock's) is purple flame like. Seems like bullshit to me though.

He was born on the 21st of January, making him a Capricorn.

He used to have blue ki before but later on it became purple flames (Orochi flames?).

He gets bored of things easily.

The most prized thing to him in the whole world is himself (self absorbed mo-fo!).

He loves red fried stake.

He hates people who get in his way (who doesn't?)

He doesn't like music (loser!).

He reaches settlements by being overbearing.

Some say that the locket he wears is from his mother (I think that is bullshit by the way).

He has a really cool X scar on his back.

Read all about that annoying shit regarding his history with Ryo and the Sakazaki family, here.

He beat Jeff Bogard PERFECT.

He finally killed Jeff (in the anime and the FF wild ambition intro) by a heart blow.

Heihachi from Tekken series, has his alternate costume that was based on Geese. Heihachi even has an X shaped scar on his body but his is on the chest while Geese's is on the back.

He and Krauser ARE related by blood. Turned out that SNK have agreed that though the anime is NOT canon, this aspect of the anime is true.

He has two big scars on his body, courtesy our favorite Lone Wolf, Terry Bogard. The horizontal scar right at the center of his chest and the huge X-shaped scar on his back.

In the anime he has a vertical scar over one eye. Not canon though.

Geese smokes cigars.

According to rumors the scar on Duke's neck is actually from Geese.

Geese has suffered defeat at the hands of Terry and Ryo.

Interestingly both Ryo and Terry beat Geese to become the First champions of King of Fighters, depending on whether it was the FF/AoF timeline or FF/KoF timeline. Ryo won it for the former timeline and Terry won it in the later.

Geese is clearly inspired from Souther from hokuto no ken.

In Gamest 1997 Heroes collection, Geese was number 9...ironically one spot behind his hated nemesis, Terry Bogard.

Ironically Billy Kane was voted number 4...well above both Geese and Terry (wtf?!)

Alba Meira

Fate liked Alba's shades (or gave it to him) because he felt that they made Alba look cool.

he is called the "Demon of Daybreak" cuz of the cool demon tattoo he has on his back. Wicked thing actually. See it here.

Like me, Alba likes collecting shades.

Like my brother would WANT to eventually, Alba likes collecting cars.

He drives a red convertible. Cool car since I like classic cars...I hate new cars. To quote Marv from Sin City "modern cars...they all look electric shavers!"

Fate's advice that one should always be cool, has remained with Alba since that day.

Alba OWNED Kyo in their fight in the KoF anime. So much so that Kyo only landed three decent shots on Alba, which even then resulted in Alba smacking him far away for his troubles. Probably, if it hadn't been for Iori, the janitors would be scrapping Kyo off the pavement by the time this one would have been over.

Alba loves cars.

His prized possession is his shades and a picture of his parents. Oh and also Soiree.

He is good at playing billiard.

By KoF MI2/2006 Alba is the new king of South Town...or at least of his side of the town anyway.

His parents died in an accident.

His name means "dawn" in Italian.

He and Soiree escaped from the orphanage they lived in after their parents' death and then they went to South Town, where they finally settled down with Fate.

He is German.

Japanese raw fish, freak him out to no end.

he can memorize an 8-digit number at a single glance. Cool.

Louise Meyrink might be Alba and Soiree's twin sister as she has the same birth date and place as them (June 6, Germany).

He and Kazuya share the same win quote, "tanoshimi naran da!"

Alba is the winner of KoF MI.

He won the KoF MI2 tournament as well, as proved in the KoF MI novel.

However, he is more occupied trying to find the kidnapped Soiree.

Shen Woo

Shen's got the same birthday as my Dad. 15th September...Virgo.

It seems like he's not exactly Chinese. Blonde, blue eyed and tall with large muscles. If he really thinks he's Chinese I think it'll be like Po from Kung Fu panda going around his whole life thinking he's a legitimate son of a goose.

He has three tattoos on him: one on each forearm and a snake like tattoo on the back which isn't visible most of the time.

I hear it often that Shen is a Steve Fox parody. To me, that's just fucking stupid. The reason people say that is because like Steve, Shen is blonde, wears an open shirt, his facial features are similar and that he's also a boxer. Now all three of these are just stupid and ignorant because for one Shen's hair are wispy in color, the hairstyle is different, his shirt doesn't have gay-ass flowers on it, the shirt is actually full-sleeved that's rolled over not a short-sleeved like Steve's, he isn't wearing suspenders that are tucked down, he's wearing full gloves with a ring on them instead of glove wraps like Steve, wears a belt and a necklace, has earrings, a bracelet on his left hand, an anklet on his left leg and lastly Shen is a BRAWLER and his moves are nothing like boxing. Steve is a perfect puncher-boxer, with great speed and power with perfect form. Shen is a ruffian brawler with a straight forward keep-hitting-till-it-stops-moving fighting style. Shen is NOTHING like Steve....People, stop believing whatever Frankie Yagami says.

Shen has displayed some good speed and reflexes by being able to dodge Oswald's card attacks with only a cut cheek. Oswald himself commends Shen for being able to do so.

He is also able to crush the walnuts without trouble....something we ordinary human's use a hammer to crush.

Gato

He can stay under water for half an hour. Cool.

I hate his cocking riding, bitch of a sister with every fiber of my being. Just to get it out of my system.

He seems somewhat inspired from the Kung Fu fighter in Grappler Baki, Retsu. He even has the same finisher as Retsu where he'd jump on a person's neck and break it. However, to be fair, the motion for Retsu was a vertical twist while Gato does a horizontal twist.

Vanessa

She was born on January 9, making her a Capricorn.

She loves drinking bear. Cool.

She is also a puncher boxer like Steve Fox.

Her extraordinary power comes from the fact that she is infused with some of Zero’s power.

she is there for payback against N.E.S.T.S for killing her husband (lucky guy who ever he was. I bet he died happy).

She however joined the N.E.S.T.S. but as an undercover agent to get to the bottom of it all.

She is pretty lively and fun loving.

She also seems to like Ramon but I doubt she LOVES him. Poor Ramon.

Her outfit is identical to Seth’s only difference is that her shirt is a top and her tie is red and her pants are dark green.

if you haven’t noticed it, her sprite is actually the same as King. They just edited it a little here and there, made it a little less "full" around the hips but the rest is the same. Lazy SNK.

She is my favorite chick from SNK games.

Her prized possession is her wedding ring.

For some reason SNK seem to have goofed up with her in-game personality. She is always shown as a happy-go-lucky, slightly cocky, jolly and bubbly woman in-game while sources always claim her to be a cold and gloomy woman. Now Leona=cold gloomy and it shows. Vanessa?

Vanessa and Blue Mary's deceased boyfriend, Butch, were in the same high school and were actually good friends.

Butch also taught Vanessa the recipe for the "blue Mary" drink.

Lots of moves of Vanessa are either taken off or are variation of those of Rick Strowd, the cool Native American boxer from Real Bout2. For those who don't know, it is Strowd who is stomping Terry's cap on the game's cover. Bad ass.

Crimson Viper is the most shameful, blatant, retarded, unimaginative rip-off of Vanessa that you'll ever find. I'm still laughing my ass off at the fact that Frankie Yagami has the balls to just say "she seems KoF inspired" but won't say exactly who this sorry bitch has been ripped off from. She literally has the SAME sprite color as Vanessa and is dressed in exactly the same clothes as Vanessa (remember also that Vanessa has a coat in one of her intros from KoF XI). white top, red tie, green pants, green jacket AND red hair. And yet SF fan boys won't wait a second to jump around yelling "Kazuya Mishima is a Ryu-wanna-be". SF fan boys and their bullshit.

Why Vanessa isn't there in KoFXI series is beyond me. I for one, can't wait to see her alternate outfit. One good thing about Falcoon is that he almost always had a tank-top version for the females....something that has always been my "kryptonite".

Leona

No one knows her real name...not even she.

She never uses her knife in the game (corny!)

She has green eyes...not blue.

She is a vegetarian. loser.

She hates blood.

She sucks at sports.

She salutes Chang before their fight. It was originally a glitch but SNK joke about by making her continue doing so. Its like a running joke in the series but still very disturbing.

She finds Chang cute (?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

She is said to love Clark (KoF '98 pick where she has a heart drawn around Clark in when Ralf and Heidern are there too).

She ties her ponytail with her dog tag...why the hell am I telling you this?!

She has a new alternate outfit in KoF: maximum impact. She is wearing a black leather bra/top, yellow long military pants and has two knifes at her sides. She has pink hair that is tied in two ponytails. She looks good!

she is said to be Brazilian.

She was born on January 10, making her a Capricorn.

She got freaked out because of going into riot of blood in KoF 2003 and since then hasn't entered any KoF. Ironically, though, she is still on active duty.

She and Clark are the only KoF characters in the anime who don't have a SINGLE dialogue.

Though her and Iori share the same blood (Orochi blood) she doesn't like Iori or even think too much of him. Despite the amount of fan fictions about Iori and Leona (and even lemons) SNK adamantly refuse to pair them up.

Same goes for Yamazaki.

Though initially she was supposed to be more close to Clark, upon Playmore coming around, she seems to have a thing for Ralf though she seems to deny it.

Honestly speaking a quiet broody chick would need a jolly, good natured but caring person to make it a working relationship. Ralf fits the criteria perfectly well. Clark is just a male Leona. That's not a good thing.

Her and Fio Germy have a special intro against each other in KoF MI2 since they are both military chicks.

She is shown standing next to Alex and some one else in the desert safari stage of Capcom VS SNK 2.

Her KoFXII is hands down the hottest version of Leona. *drool*

Her KoF XII outfit is actually a modified version of her alternate KoF MI costume...and I'm totally loving it!

Blue Mary

Her real name is Mary Ryan.

She was born on the 4th of February, making her another flipping Aquarius.

She was first introduced in FF 3.

She was wearing a red bra in FF 3 and the Real Bout series instead of her red top.

She has bigger tits than Mai in FF series and Real bout games but in KoF it is the other way around...in case you wanted to know *shrug*.

In Real Bout if you fall in the water she doesn’t come up...only her bra does.

In Real Bout if both of you fall down then Mary comes out...topless (!).

In Real Bout she has this electric-shocker with her and shocks her opponents with it as a follow up to some of her grappling moves.

She hates cats (I love cats by the way)

She loves eating beef cups.

She loves baseball.

She loves to go on bike tours.

Kevin Ryan is rumored to be her brother. I doubt it.

The name 'Blue Mary' comes from her deceased lover, Butch's, favorite drink.

Terry gave her his cap as a keepsake after KoF '97 when he left US for sometime. She gave it back to him when he returned.

Terry and Mary became partners in the end of KoF '01.

She is angry with Terry cuz she thinks that he doesn’t keep promises...wonder what that is all about.

The sign of Terry-Mary-break-up-to-be is in their lines to each other in KoF '03.

She was scared of Yamazaki and always has been.

Her and Billy Kane actually became friends during KoF 97 and that is the sole reason Billy doesn't hate Terry that much now.

Her popularity sky rocketed once fans found at that she is Terry's "girl friend". Shows how popular Terry Bogard is.

Mary also works out in the local South town gym where Terry does.

Her and King are old friends but it is never mentioned how they became friends or how they even know each other. Probably she is a regular at King's bar since King's bar is really popular in South Town. Where else would she be getting her "blue Mary" drink?

In Fatal Fury 3 her employers were actually the Chinese Conglomerate. Probably it was because of Yamazaki (who is from Hong Kong).

She has a pink Harley Davidson.

She makes a cameo background appearance in King of Fighters 95 in Kyo's stage. Oddly, she is there along with Yamazaki.

She also makes a cameo background appearance in King of Fighters 96 in Terry's stage where she is cheering the trio on. She is accompanied by the nameless, bearded fatso who is Terry's fishing partner.

By KoF XI Mary still hasn't recovered fully from her loss of Butch.

Butch and Mary's father died the same day when they gave their lives trying to protect the president.

The above is a retcon made to the story of Butch's death which prior to the retcon was lost in a one mission.

Mary has the SECOND LARGEST bust in KoF at 90cm.

Mary shares the second largest bust-size spot with Vice.

First is Shermie and Angel at 92cm (in case you were wondering).

And the third largest is Mature and Elizabeth at 88cm (again, in case you were wondering).

Yes believe it or not, Mai is not in the top three.

Her alternate costume for KoF Regulation A looks like a cowgirl fetishist's biggest dream come true. Not that I'm complaining mind you.

Gouki

Gouki is hinted to be Ryu's dad in both the alpha anime. I don't know where Capcom is going with this.

He thinks he has done nothing wrong by killing his master and brother becuase he beat them in a fair fight. He's got a point, technically speaking.

The sign on his back means 'heaven' in the literal sense. 'Ten' means 'heaven' or 'sky' in Japanese.

The sign being on his back is supposed to be a sign of the fact that he is beyond human.

Gouki has a mysterious rivalry with Wolverine. But probably not canon.

Gouki hates weaklings.

When Gouki does the shun-gouku-satsu SDM he takes the person’s soul with him to hell where all the demons attack it and leave him a bloody pulp. This is the official description of the move by Capcom.

Gouki still awaits his final battle with Ryu when Ryu will achieve his true potential...dark hadou or not.

Gouki actually saved a child from falling from near his cave. That tells a lot.

Gouki is the best character for one of my best buddies, Jam.

Gouki has suffered defeats at the hands of Gouken, Gen Sifu and had a draw with Oro. Not too an impressive career considering he has gotten his ass kicked by those who are actually as strong as he is.

Gouki came in one or two episodes of the SF Saturday Morning cartoons.

He was like the "evil" guy and served as the cliched Saturday Morning badguy who is like the common enemy. In this case Gouki served as the EVIL EVIL bad guy against whom Bison and Guile worked together. Lame....Saturday morning cartoon lame.

There was also this episode where he attacks Gouken and later an already wounded Ryu and well...traps their body in what looked like "messatsu"-bubble-gum wrap. Ken then fights Gouki and after fighting on a piece of land that Gouki had levitated high in the air, Ken defeats Gouki and saves Ryu and Gouken. Heh-heh! Corny shit!

Gen Sifu is NOT Gouki's sensei. The expression "master" is used for any senior martial artist. Gen is much older than Gouki and so keeping the old fart's age in mind, Gouki refers to him as "Master Gen".

Many people assume that Ryu and Gouki also had a fight prior to SF Alpha2. This is not true as their encounter in SF Alpha2 is their first one EVER. The reason why people say this is because of Ryu's line "So have you gotten any better?". People falsely assume that Ryu is referring to the time he attacked Gouki once Gouki killed Gouken. However, Ryu wasn't even there at that time, Ken was.

The above line is actually referring to the first time Ryu saw Gouki which was when Gouki challenged Gouken for the first time (Ryu and Ken were still very, very young at the time). Gouki would lose this fight and that is why Ryu is taunting him.

While most assume that shun-gouku-satsu is Gouki's strongest move it actually isn't.

Apparently the kongou-koku-retsu-zan is the strongest move of Ansatsuken. He split Ayres rock with it. Damn.

At some point Capcom was considering making Dan his son. THANKFULLY the idea was sacked.

So far it seems that Akuma really sucks at killing people for a guy who practices "murder fist". Bison is back in SF4, Gen is back in SF4 and even Gouken is back in SF4...all people he was supposed to have killed. Goes to show you what an overrated fuck this guy really is. lol.

Oh yes, I honest to goodness think that Gouki is hands down the most overrated dude on the planet.

Ryu

Ryu is the logo of Capcom.

He was born on the 21st of July making him a Cancer.

He is the MAIN hero of the SF series.

He seeks 'the true meaning of the fight'.

He has brown eyes...not black.

His real name is NOT Ryu Hoshi. His name is simply Ryu...remember he is an orphan.

Although Ryu Hoshi would mean "Dragon Star" which sounds pretty cool.

He is 33 in SF 3.

He was the first ever-fighting game hero.

He won SF1 (via cheap shot by defeating Sagat...canon)

He lost in SF 2 tournament to Ken (strong canon evidence to support this theory)

He lost in SF 3 tournament to Oro (canon).

His hair grows darker with age (Capcom is at it again!)

Oro wants Ryu to be his disciple.

Unfortunately Chunli and Ryu are only friends (damn!). I would have really liked this pair.

he was wearing red Chinese shoes in SF 1.

According to the SF alpha anime, Gouki might be Ryu's father.

He and Terry are said to be friends and even had a sparring match once...with the winner not revealed. Oh but did I mention that Terry Bogard owns Ryu for free?

Ryu has a very large appetite and is known to eat a LOT!

Ryu is an avid rock climber too. He doesn't use ropes (!).

Ryu hates spider’s cuz once when he was hiking and woke up the next morning a spider was in his mouth!

Makoto was initially supposed to be Ryu's sister.

Ryu can sleep anywhere (!).

Ryu has no problem with walking in fact he prefers walking to anything else.

His belt has some Japanese words on them that stand for 'fire', 'wind', 'mountain' and 'water'. I guess it is trying to imply that he is supposed to be as fast as the wind, as tough as the mountain, as calm as the water and as powerful as fire.

Ryu was given the bandana by Ken when Ken defeated him in their fight during SF alpha2. WAS Canon. HOWEVER...

it was also reported before that the bandana was from "ojou-san" (not her name...it means "miss" in Japanese) Gouken's daughter...and of course our favorite sexually deprived hero didn't realize the girl's feelings. once Gouken was killed she gave him the bandana as a memory of herself and has since then disappeared.

By the SF 3 tournament, Ryu had faced 10,000 opponents (!!!)

He also probably either lost to Hugo or had a draw with him AFTER SF 3 cuz Hugo survived the SHIN SHO RYU KEN.

Even though he has been fighting for 10 years, he still feels that he is not even close to the answer he is seeking (!!!).

Ryu's hadou-ken feels like getting hit by a powerful well-laid kick.

He is based on a real life karate user. his name was Yoshiji Soene, who was called the "Tiger of Kyokushin Karate". Ironically Ryu doesn't use this karate form.

Not so oddly, Yoshiji was famous for fighting Reiba who was called the "dark lord of Maui Thai". Hmmm...now we know where Ryu and Sagat's rivalry stems from.

Ironically, Kyokushin is the fighting style that Jin Kazama uses. Odd.

He will star in the sequel of "40 year old virgin". Just kidding.

Ryu was 23 in SF 1, 24 in SF alpha2, 25 in SF alpha3, 28 in SF 2 and 33 in SF3. the whole thing about him being 18 in SF 1 was sacked.

Ryu was just another side kick in the SF Saturday Morning cartoon.

He was the clichéd "wise" guy of the gang.

Ryu had a really cool appearance in the SF Saturday morning cartoons: he got sick exactly when the good guys were fighting the bad guys. Nice.

Ryu also had a bad habit of giving up when outnumbered and would always wind up getting captured and taking Ken along with him much to Ken's charging. Ken always wanted fight it out but Ryu always resorted to the "get caught and we can get out later/figure out how they work on the inside" policy and drag Ken with him. Sissy.

Ryu first saw Gouki when Ryu himself was very young. This was the time when Gouki challenged Gouken for the first time to a fight but lost to Gouken.

Ryu would never see Gouki again for many years. The next time he would see Gouki was in SF Alpha2 days.

Ryu's taunt at Gouki, "have you gotten any better?" in SF Alpha2 is actually referring to the first time he saw Gouki. That was when Gouki challenged Gouken to a fight but was defeated. After this Ryu and Gouki didn't see each other since that day.

Ryu wasn't even there when Gouki would eventually return to kill Gouken. Ken and "Ojou-san" were the only ones present at the time.

It is falsely believed that like how Ken advanced the sho-ryu-ken by making it a flaming sho-ryu-ken, Ryu did the same with the shinkunetsu hadou-ken. Shinkunetsu hadou-ken was actually a standard move in their art.

Ryu also didn't tone it down either. Gouken basically taught them the toned down version and so obviously he taught Ryu the toned down version of the shinkunetsu hadou-ken. Basically it burns but not so badly like how Gouki's would.

Ryu's hadou-ken is the strongest of the shoto-clones.

There have been many rip-offs of Ryu's famous "wind pose". Almost EVERY fighting game I've played has its own version of it. Shamefully even Namco did that with Kazuya's Tekken 1 pose. *shakes head*

Originally Ryu was supposed to be the "kick super" expert as he was to be the one with a kick based special. Later though they gave Ryu and Ken their own kick based special and called it a day.

It is safe to say that Ryu defeated Dhalsim in the SF 2 tournament as in SF3 he has a win quote to Necro saying, "you're moves are not new to me. I used to beat this man from India..."

Ryu employs what is called the "tai no sen" strategy of Miyamoto Musashi's famous three methods of combat. "Tai no sen" employs a defensive approach where one allows his opponent to attack and so work on the counter attack strategy. Ironically Musashi despised this method and considered it an inferior tactic that he discouraged to use time and time again throughout his "Book of five Rings" albeit indirectly (Musashi was more 'aggressive' and believed that being defensive gives the opponent the psychological edge). He only encouraged such method of combat if other methods failed. *Cough* True warrior *cough*

Ryu is shown carrying a freaking boulder in the SF3 third strike ending. That was some impressive shit there. Damn.

Ryu by SF3 (33 years old) is as strong as the Evil Ryu he became when he beat Sagat at the age of 18. However, before you Ryu-fan-boys start rambling again, keep in mind that he is STILL not that god tier that you make him. at the age of 25, Psycho Ryu was STILL incapable of defeated Sagat in a fair match even though psycho power is a twin sister to dark hadou. And even in SF3 he STILL couldn't defeat Ryu with his Shin-sho-ryu-ken. So no god tier crap people.

Ryu is voiced by the same person who voiced Kazuya in Tekken4 onwards. That person is also the guy who voiced Sephiroth and my favorite anime antagonist, Griffith, from the anime Berserk.

Cody

He was given his surname 'Travers' in Final Fight Streetwise.

The stone he throws at his opponents are actually as strong as other fighter's projectiles. Strong bastard! Another reason why hadou-ken and the like aren't worth wasting 18 years of your life for.

He is really gifted with knife fighting.

He is a fifth-degree black belt.

He is the elder bro of Kyle Travers.

He actually wears the handcuffs to give his opponents a chance to beat him. Bad ass.

He wears those bandages on his hands to cover the scars on them from wrecking up all those walls.

He has an unmatched chin and is famous for his ability to take a beating.

Cody can break through 50cm thick CEMENT walls. Kinda like me...yeah right!

His prison number before release was 8484H.

He still wears that shirt.

He's 85 kilos and 182 cm tall.

He is called the Capricious Jail-breaker.

Poison loved Cody but since Cody was in love with Jessica, Poison was pissed with him. It was mainly because of this jealousy that she...err...he...err...well Poison framed Cody.

Cody probably didn't even want to be anywhere close to Poison because Poison is actually a GUY who had a sex change. *donk! donk! donk! donk! donk! donk!*. you people hear that? That's me bashing my head against the desk! WHY CAPCOM?! WHY?! She was so hot! Good news: Roxy is a woman so drool on HER instead cuz she just looks exactly like Poison.

He likes starting fights. cool.

He likes milk. MILK!!! WTF CAPCOM?!!!

He likes spinach. Not as lame as Kazuya collecting snickers. THAT is lame.

He hates Mike Hagar's discipline.

In the SF Saturday morning cartoons, he comes in the episode called "Final Fight". In that one he and Ken don't get along as Cody thinks Ken is after Jessica. He rescues Jessica in that thing.

He was so aching to get into fights again by the time of Final Fight Streetwise that he even took the glow drug just to get down to it.

He eventually winds up under the drug's influence but still manages to save Kyle from getting shot.

Cody has stopped fighting unless provoked...ironically he is very hot headed so it doesn't take much to press his buttons.

In one scene in Final Fight: streetwise, Cody punches a random guy away just cuz he spills some drink over him and Kyle. Bad ass. Notice what i said in my previous point^^. Lol. You gotta love this guy.

In FFSW, Cody is around 39 if we are to believe it took place around the same year as it was released.

With Kyle being about 24, and if the above is true, then it seems that because Cody is WAY older than him, Kyle looks up to him as not only the older brother, but also as his father figure in life.

Cody lives his legacy through Kyle...or at least hoped for it to happen.

Kyle's SLOW progress pisses off Cody cuz he wants him to be as good as he really can be but Kyle is a bit of a lunkhead. it is partly because of Kyle's slow growth that Cody finds himself even more desperate to fight and regain his old glory.

Cody final stint in jail was because of Guy, for whom he took the fall so as to stop him from going to jail.

He gets shot in FFSW by Belger's younger brother Bella.

We realize that Cody had kept in touch with Hagar but he and Guy hadn't heard from each other in a long time. Seems ironic, considering that he broke up with Hagar's daughter, Jessica, and went out of his way to take the fall for Guy. Hmmm...weird Capcom.

He seems to have a thing going with one chick in FFSW. I forgot her name.

He was born on the 14th of March, making him an Ares. Pretty obvious actually considering his hot-headed and restless nature. Oh and did I mention an intense mofo?

Cody is my best character from the SF world.

During the time of Final Fight when Cody and gang were bashing the Mad Gear goons, Cody skipped the "Industrial Area" as he took a short cut and instead went straight to the Bay Area.

At Bay Area after thrashing the regular goons, he came across Abigail and demanded to know where Jessica was. Abigail taunts Cody to not bother as she was probably having "fun" with Belger. Cody got pissed and beat the shit out Abigail till he was a bloody mess.

Later on, one wrestler (can't remember his name) also put the moves on Jessica...and was thoroughly bashed up by Cody for his troubles. Ohhh...Possessive!

Even in FFSW, Cody eventually knocks down Bella (Belger's younger brother) from the top of the church where they were fighting. Safe to say he has a thing for knocking the Belger brothers off top of high places. Lol.

In FFSW the regular Cody had the criminal upper but didn't have the tornado effect to it. 'Cody Death' did however and probably proves the fact that Cody used his knees to generate power in that punch.

Cody pays homage to the anime "Fist of the North Star" and the hero "Kenshiro Kasumi" (one of my all time favorite anime protagonists) in one of the Final Fights where he does a combo on the opponent and walks away saying "you are already dead". True to it, the opponent is then hit by a big combo and falls down.

Cody is voiced by the same person who voiced Spike Spiegel (Cowboy Bebop) in the Japanese version. And those who don't know, Spike Spiegel and Jubei Kibagami (Ninja Scroll) have the same voice actor.

Why Cody isn't there in SF4 is beyond me. Fuck the new characters. Abel sucks, Crimpson-Vanessa-rippoff-Viper sucks. Seth no-panties sucks. Rufus sucks all kinds of lard and I swear to god I cannot begin to  say how much of pathetic piece of shit Gouken is.

Ken Masters

He is 32 in SF 3

He is 75% Japanese: his mother is Japanese and his father is half Japanese and half American.

He used to wear a white gi before when he was training with Ryu. However, once he realized that Ryu is the better fighter and is the apple of Gouken's eyes, he start wearing the bright red gi as it is more likely to catch attention. Pretty gay actually.

He never took part in SF 1, took part in SF 2 (and is known NOW to have defeated Ryu), took part in SF 3 (eliminated Sean but is unknown who eliminated him).

He dies his hair. His real hair color is red.

He was born on 14 Feb (Valentine's day). Ash Crimson and Ken Masters share the same birthday...and are both Aquarius (I hate Aquarius!!)

His Zodiac sign is Aquarius.

He is a big flirt and still indulges in casual flirting--making sure Eliza or Mel aren't around, of course.

He had an affair with Morrigan but wasn't lucky this time--Eliza found out and kicked his ass. She was in the same center as Ken and Morrigan were getting cozy in *dumbass*.

He and Guile are somewhat brothers-in-law as Ken's wife (Eliza) is Guile's wife's (Mary) sister.

He is said to have lost to Terry Bogard. A hint of that is in Capcom VS SNK 1&2, where Ken comes up to Terry and challenges him. People say that it is the same as how Ken keeps on looking for Ryu and challenges him at every chance he gets because he needs to even it out. Same goes here as he is looking to even out the score. I don't think this is OFFICIAL AT ALL, but rumors still go around.

Some even say that Ken OFFICIALLY lost to Terry. I doubt it...but i do agree on the out come. Terry>>Ken.

He set the record by being the first ever 3 time winner of the American martial arts championship. The former record was by the late Charlie who had won it 2 times.

Capcom came up with the name Ken 'Masters' because Barbie or some freakin doll's boyfriend's name was Ken as well. Capcom thus started calling Ken, Ken 'Masters', as some idiots were thinking that the both the Kens are the same. Idiots...

Ken advanced the sho-ryu-ken to the next level by making it a 'burning' sho-ryu-ken.

Ken is rumored to have fought Gouki when he killed Gouken. The proof of this is when Gouki/Gouki says to him in SF 3 series, 'show me your burning fist again!'. He got whacked though...dah.

Ken disses Art of Fighting series when he says to Dan in SF 2 alpha, 'who are you? Do you know the art of fighting?"

In the anime he is an avid rock fan (and actually has a lot of songs I have in my rock collection).

Two of the songs he was listening to were 'Israel son' by Silver chair and 'Them bones' by Alice in Chains. Kick ass songs.

His son (Mel) is also a punk and a brat.

Mel keeps on punching Ken in the nuts. No wonder Ken only has one child (lol)

As of right now, Ken and Ryu stand 2-1 with Ken having defeated Ryu in SF 2 and defeating him during the SF Alpha 2 days. Ryu defeated Ken after the SF 3 tournament.

There is, however, an UNCONFIRMED win that Ryu supposedly have over Ken that is before the SF 1 tournament.

However if you are talking clean wins then they both stand 1-1 as Ryu's defeat at the hands of Ken during the SF Alpha 2 days was due to Ryu being too distracted with his own internal struggle.

His hobby is driving and skate boarding (probably with Mel)

He is also a great cook and is good at making pasta.

Ken's family business is their chain of hotels.

Hinata of Rival Schools employs the "Ken Masters Philosophy" as she also uses fire.

Gouken was friends with Ken's parents.

Though Ken has matured (relatively speaking) as a fighter, his ego is as large as ever. So is his cockiness. But to be honest that is why people love him. Go Ken!

Ken was my ORIGINAL favorite fighting game character when I was a kid playing a fighting game for the first time in my life (SF 2). However that all changed once I saw Terry Bogard in his victory pose in the Fatal Fury3 ranking screen shot. Since then Terry Bogard has been my all time favorite. "Hey! Come on! come on!"

In the SF Saturday Morning cartoons, Ken and Ryu had a bad habit of getting in trouble all the time. While Ken was always willing to fight it out, Ryu would always resort to the "give in for now and we'll get out later/get to see how the inside work" policy.

Ken was the clichéd "goof" side-kick guy in the SF Saturday Morning cartoons.

Ken and Guile don't get along well as Guile thinks of Ken as an irresponsible, spoilt, womanizing punk. Ken thinks of Guile as a spaced out war general.

Originally Ken was supposed to be the one to have the "sho-ryu-ken specials" and Ryu to be have the kick based specials. Yet by SF 3 they had given them both a kick based special as well as a sho-ryu-ken special.

In SF 2V anime, for some reason the people making it thought that having Ken drink mineral water was really cool.

This stupid thing was made even dumber when in the pilot episode, Ken and Ryu go to a bar. Guess what Ken starts drinking there? Yup, mineral water...and as usual they were trying to make him look cool. *roll eyes*

Ken employs what is called the "ken no sen" strategy of Miyamoto Musashi's famous three methods of combat. "Ken no sen" employs an aggressive approach to combat where one continuously attacks his opponent. In fact most of Musashi's techniques require the user to be aggressive.

Ken is the one of who taught Ryu the little something he knows about modern technology and what not.

Ken was voted as number 15 in Gamest 1997 heroes collection. Along with Galford and Yamazaki.

Kazuya

He is 49 years old in Tekken 5.

He is called the Cold-blooded Heir.

He is the lover of Jun Kazama and the result of this was Jin Kazama, their son.

My favorite videogame couple is Kazuya and Jun.

Iori Yagami has an undeniable identical personality and history as Kazuya Mishima. See it here [Kazuya-Iori] .

The Devil temporarily left his body and activated the Devil in Jin. Why? See Tekken Tag intro where Devil is literally shown leaving Kazuya’s body. He is in the same misty state as he is in Tekken 3 intro where he burns the Devil mark on Jin's arm. An obvious explanation.

He and Paul Phoenix are rivals.

Kazuya had a tie with Paul Phoenix BEFORE Tekken 1 tournament. In the tournament he did in fact defeat him.

Kazuya seems to be "ducking" Paul since Tekken 1 or he isn't interested in Paul since he's already beaten him. Could be either and the proof of this is Paul's TTT ending where Kazuya walks away the moment Paul is busy KO'ing Kuma. In my honest opinion I think Kazuya is "ducking" Paul. I could be wrong though.

He loves collecting snickers (WTF?!)

In his original profile from Tekken 1, he was said to hate a peaceful world but after Tekken 2 this wasn't there anymore (probably Namco's way of showing us that he isn't the evil man he once was).

He likes his father’s hateful looks.

He also likes planning for revenge…he needs a new hobby Namco.

He loves his grandfather a lot as he was the only person, besides Jun, who treated him with love.

He hates volcanoes.

His first name means "eighteen". Mishima from one source means "island". So So basically his name means "18 islands".

His name is also an anagram for "yakuza".

Kazuya's hair line has actually increased with age. Odd.

His eyes were originally black but now they are brown...well brown and red actually but whatever.

Anna was in love with him during the Tekken 2 days. However, Kazuya didn't feel anything for her cuz she's not his type and he probably figured that she was after his money.

I'd be damned if Kazuya's favorite color is not purple! Considering that if ever seen in a suit or tux, its always purple.

While Jin looks a lot like Kazuya, Kazuya looks NOTHING like Heihachi. In fact Kazuya has taken more from his mother than he did from Heihachi...hard to believe isn't it. Unless his mother was being a bad girl...

He has abandoned his nationality, presumably to keep his existence a secret.

The building he is shown in in Tekken Tag Tournament intro is actually NOT the Mishima Zaibatsu building (not the same building as T2 intro). It is actually the G-corporation building where he has kept his existence a secret from everyone except the G-corporation.

Kazuya breaks the statue of Buddha in the T5 intro. He didn't even flinch when he did that! Not religious I guess. Lol.

Devil and Kazuya can take over each other and become the dominant personality and the way they do so is when either is a little vulnerable and a little unguarded. For instance Kazuya in T4 was shocked to see Jin chained to the wall and the moment he becomes vulnerable, Devil takes over and becomes the dominant personality. Likewise happens when Devil himself is shocked that Jin's Kazama blood isn't letting him merge with himself giving Kazuya the opportunity to take over HIM. This even happens in T5 when a smiling Kazuya is suddenly taken over by Devil who then proceeds to kill Jinpachi. That is the reason why Kazuya is usually indifferent and emotionally distant most of the time so as to make sure that Mr. Furry Legs doesn't take him over and become the dominant personality.

Go here for a more in-depth look at Kazuya and Devil's relationship. MUST READ PEOPLE!

The above link also provides a thorough explanation on Kazuya and Heihachi. Again...MUST READ PEOPLE!

Many people wonder why G-corporation betrayed Kazuya. Personally i think it makes all the sense in the world. Think about it: G-corporation and Mishima Zaibatsu are rivals and their plan was that Kazuya would kill off Heihachi and so they will annihilate their competition. That obviously didn't work out since Mr. I-hold-all-the-cards-now was defeated. So they resorted to plan B: send in the Jacks to do what Kazuya couldn't. And since Kazuya failed they didn't have any use for him either.

See more on Kazuya and Jun's relationship here.

Kazuya uses the self honoring "ore-sama" when referring to himself. "-sama" is used when trying to show deep respect for someone. So you can imagine his arrogance in referring to himself as "ore-sama" which is something along the lines of "my highness". Arrogant prick! Lol.

Kazuya's voice actor since Tekken4 and Tekken5 is the same person who was the voice actor for Ryu for Street Fighter, for Sephiroth, for Heishiro Mistrugi and my favorite antagonist of all time, Griffith from my all time favorite  anime/manga Berserk.

Kazuya never turned to Devil when he fought Heihachi in Tekken2.

His mother's name was Kazume.

Jun Kazama

She is 22 in Tekken 2, making her around 43 now. Hope she has maintained herself.

She is called the Ecological fighter. CORNY

She was raised in the Yakushima forest.

Somewhere down the line she was orphaned. She apparently was raised by her relatives.

She went to Tokyo to land a job in some wildlife protecting organization, being a green person.

She lost herself in the hectic city life and that is when the ghost of her father comes and reminds her of her real duty of being a pure person. kind of a corny if you ask me.

She entered Tekken 2 to get to the bottom of the animal disappearing, but mainly to exorcise the Devil from Kazuya.

though most people think Kazuya and Jun love was love at first sight it really wasn't. I think it was more like a few sparks flying around at first sight but the whole "love" thing took a longer as Jun was still confused over her "being drawn to Kazuya" even towards the end of the tournament.

They made love towards the end of the end of the tournament.

She is said to be the 'chosen one'. No one to date knows what this means. My personal hunch is that she is supposed to be 'the chosen one to bear the child of light and darkness' or the one who would defeat Devil.

She could very well be the chosen one who will stop the darkness herself: she did bring out Kazuya's good side and kicked the crap out of Devil.

She is alive and kicking all this time…probably rescued by Kazuya from Ogre’s clutches.

Jin is her and Kazuya’s love child.

She seems to have a thing for hair bands and never have I seen a picture of hers without one.

She loves candies *women*

She likes basking in the forest.

Her hobby is bird watching.

She beat Devil in Tekken 2 when it came to posses Jin.

She IS unknown.

Wang Jinrei approached her in Tekken 2 and thought of her as the one to stop the darkness in the Mishima family.

Jin is looking for her even now.

Jun is based on Bulma from Dragon Balls Z, and so are many of the other fighters from the Tekken series. Though personality wise, Jun is nothing like her.

It is often debated what her fighting style is. Some say its Aiki-jitsu while others insist that it is bu-jitsu. Many Jun fan sites have varying opinion about it. From what I know, bu-jitsu simply means "martial-arts". Hence her fighting style IS Aiki-jitsu.

if you want to avoid the whole issue, just call it Kazama-ryu.

See more on Kazuya and Jun's relationship here. You can also go there to see the theory regarding "Jun=Angel".

lots of people out there believe very strongly that she IS in fact Angel. See more on that here. I am one of them.

She is voiced by the same person who voiced Alice Nonomura in BR3. Now THIS I like!

Jin Kazama

He is 21 in Tekken 4.

He is called Fatal Lightening.

Jin is Kazuya and Jun's LOVE son.

'Jin’ either means 'blade', 'god' or 'electricity'...not sure.

His parents weren't married...they were lovers.

His mother taught him in the beginning...then later it was Heihachi. Recently he learnt traditional karate from some dude in Australia.

Jin and Hwoarang had a fight before Tekken 3. Hwoarang was unbeaten so far and was extremely cocky. He challenged Jin to a fight and Jin gave him the beating of his life. Hwoarang eventually barely managed a draw. This left him bitter as he felt insulted...the rest is history: he is out their in Tekken 3 and 4 and 5 to beat him. Apparently he does finally manage to defeat Jin in Tekken 5.

Jin was found by Heihachi's men and was attacked. They managed to hurt him and he was forced to run for it cuz he couldn't fight while being injured badly. Hwoarang saved Jin's life when they finally caught up with an exhausted Jin (Tekken 3 Hwoarang ending).

The mark on Jin's left shoulder is not a tattoo... it is a burn scar (Tekken 3 intro). It is a Devil mark and the moment he was 'burnt' by Devil, the Devil in him was activated.

He is a good friend of Xiayou (might be more).

Xiayou is the only person Jin contacted when he went underground (that is why they say it is more than friendship).

He loves walking alone in forests.

He loved his mother's sermons—mama’s boy!!!

He loves nature.

He hates being cheated...who doesn't.

His Tekken 4 karate style is a real life Karate based called "Kyokushin karate".

After the those pics of Jin in E3 it seems that he and Lilly have some sort of history. Hwoarang is actually alive so that's good news.

In M.E.G.A.S XLR there is one episode when Coop (the main guy) is asked why he is so good at beating up aliens and in his answer he is shown playing different videogames where he is thrashing up weird looking goons. In one such flash back he is shown playing a fighting game where he is controlling a Jin Kazama look alike and is beating up Yoshimisturyuken...yeah, the Yoshimitsu look alike.

For some reason Jin was the only person in the Tekken series to have an accent in the English versions of the Tekken 4 endings. Ironically Jin is the only person, aside from Julia and Xiaoyu, who is known to have gone up to college in all of Tekken characters...also he was in Australia the whole time!

While Jin looks a lot like Kazuya, Kazuya looks NOTHING like Heihachi. In fact Kazuya has taken more from his mother than he did from Heihachi...hard to believe isn't it. Unless his mother was being a bad girl...

Since Tekken3, Jin has only smiled ONCE in his T4 ending when he sees the statue of Buddha and decides to spare Thong-man and Kazuya. Jolly guy! Damn!

He also smiled in Hwoarang's T4 ending but that was non-canon. Lol.

While Kazuya shattered Buddha's statue and Heihachi locks away and tortures people in the same temple, Jin seems to be one who takes his religion more seriously than his predecessors as upon the sight of Buddha's statue (right after a hallucination of his mother, Jun)  Jin decided to spare Kazuya and Heihachi.

IMO Jin has the coolest dress sense in all the fighting game characters I've seen.

Jin was number 31 in the Gamest 1997 Heroes collection.

He's the ruler of the world at the age of 23. How fucking cool is that?!

Heihachi

He is 75 in Tekken 5.

He is called the King of Iron Fists.

He tortured his father and locked him up in the Hon-maru with no one knowing what ever became of him.

He is rumored to have loved his wife a lot while others say that he didn't--and that in fact he killed her as well (i honestly believe the later).

He threw Kazuya off a cliff when he was a kid and then threw him in a volcano after killing him in Tekken 2.

Lee Chaolan is his adopted son.

He doesn’t seem to be very bright once you see his conversation with Kazuya in Tekken 5 in round 8.

He is said to hate explosions.

He likes bathing and meditating.

He likes collecting shoes (one weird freaking family).

He has a pet bear (Kuma)!

He has taught Kuma how to dance (!)

He NEVER EVER EVER lost to Xiayou. That is bullshit. Her ending in T3 is just a comedy ending...kind of like a comic relief. Just like how Paul's T5 ending is a comic relief. The only people he ever lost to are Kazuya, Jin and Paul Phoenix.

He used some secret scrolls to make himself stronger. They are the same as the ones Feng Wei is looking for (IMO). Notice how his palm attacks resemble the one Feng does in his Tekken 5 ending.

The "thong" or "diaper" thing he wears in Tekken 4 is actually called mawashi..."ma, wash me!" Lol.

Most already know this, but Heihachi is there in Soul Caliber 2. He seems to have gone back in time.

He has a funny win quote in SC 2 where he says "I wish I could show this to that idiot son of mine!"

He has an X-shaped scar on his chest...reasons of which aren't known. My own personal hunch is that it is because of Kazuya throwing him off the cliff...however if my memory serves me right Heihachi had that scar on his chest even in T1.

In SC 2 his semi-boss is Raphael.

Heihachi is a pretty twisted person. He kidnaps his grandson and ties him in a TEMPLE! When that wasn't bad enough we find out that he also had his father locked away and tortured under that temple too! Sick mofo. Don't you just love this family?

Heihachi seems to love wearing trench coats made out of animal skin. In T3 he's wearing a maroon trench coat with grey fur on it. In T4 he is shown wearing a tiger skin coat. In T5 AGAIN he is wearing a tiger skin coat.

His ending outfit in T5 is literally the same as that of the T4 intro...he's just opened the coat. Lazy Namco.

Even Heihachi's T5 karate gi seems to be made out of some animal's fur.

Heihachi's endurance is something to marvel. Overtime he's probably survived the most abuse including beaten the crap and tossed off a cliff, having to climb it back, get smashed through a wall and falling down a pyramid, getting mauled by Jin and being blown sky high and miles away by a HUGE blast. He surpasses Kazuya who at least died in Tekken2.

The blast that Heihachi survived, he survived it without as much as a scratch. A thing like Omega Rugal actually had his arm blown off by a much smaller blast and he did it only because of the Orochi power. Heihachi owes it to nothing but his own power and clearly he surpasses Omega Rugal.

Old Heihachi is voiced by the same person who voiced E. Honda in the SF2 anime. LOL. The same person also voiced Edge Master (Soul Calibur) and Bass Armstrong.

Heihachi never faced Devil until Tekken4 where Devil pwned him in a single gaze. Go here for a more in-depth look.

Paul

He is 48 in Tekken 4.

He is called Hot-blooded Fighter.

He is originally a Judo fighter.

He is a street fighter from the States.

He was given his first taste of defeat by Kazuya...he is still looking for a re-match.

He KO'd Kuma in Tekken 2 and Tekken 3. He lost to Kuma in Tekken 4 after he got careless.

He is shown KO'ing Kuma with a single punch in Tekken Tag (see his ending).

He is a good friend of Forest and Martial Law.

He is still trying to get the hang of the summersault but just can't get it right (see Law's ending in Tekken 2 and 3).

He can break huge boulders with his burning fist/phoenix smasher (see Tekken 2 ending).

He is the technical winner of the Tekken 3 tournament. He beat Jin apparently in the semi's, then beat Heihachi in the final (since Heihachi is the host) and then he fought Ogre. He even even beat Ogre. However he left before Ogre became True Ogre and the tournament continued after his departure. Jin then came and beat True Ogre and so became the Tekken 3 champion. Fate...

He has a black Harley Davidson with some red fire design on it.

He hates Japanese freeways as they cost him the shot to face Kazuya in Tekken 2.

His hobby is training and biking.

He likes the smell of petrol. Weird.

Though best of buddies with Marshal Law, the two bicker a lot too and have a nag for going broke and coming to the other for help.

Like me Paul also loves pizza.

His bike is called the "Raging Hog". Damn corny name!

The sign on his back means "red" in the Chinese writing. Imaginative, huh?

He was initially paired with Nina Williams during by the fandom during the older Tekken days. I, for one, don't see them together AT ALL! Now Kuma and Paul...they are just made for each other! LOL!

By T5 Paul's dojo is really beat up. He went bankrupt a little after Tekken 3 and since then its been really roughed up.

Like Apollo Creed (from the Rocky series) he also trains with the picture of his opponent so that he can concentrate better on his training and to give him that "fuel" to go on.

However, Paul hand sketches the picture of his opponent and needless to say, his drawing sucks! His drawing is as bad as that of a toddler. You gotta love Paul!

In Tekken 1, right after his loss to Kazuya, Paul started training again and eventually does his phoenix smasher/burning fist to a wall with a hand sketch of Kazuya's face. Funny as hell.

In Tekken 5 he does the same but this time its a hand sketch of an alien. Again it was funny as hell.

The ending scene of Paul's T5 epilogue is a parody of the movie "Independence Day".

Steve

He is 21 years old in Tekken 4.

He was a middleweight boxing champ.

His boxing style is puncher-boxer....though unorthodox.

He KO's his opponent with 4 punches in the Tekken 4 intro.

He has a weird looking scar on his left arm...he still seeks to know it's story.

He thought he was an orphan but is actually a test tube baby of Nina and presumably Lee.

NINA IS HIS MOTHER!!!

Lee Chaolan MAY be his father.

He likes finding out more about his past.

He hates the Mafia.

He likes fighting.

He is good friends with Lei Wullong.

He and Marduk are on obvious collision course by the Tekken 5 ending.

Oddly one of Steve's throws is the "gangrel suplex" or more commonly known as the "double-arm suplex" which is a purely wrestling move...how he knows it is weird.

Though he is a puncher-boxer in T4, his style has been made pretty "unorthodox" in T5. Puncher-Boxer are those boxers who have lots of power but also have some good combinations. That is...they can box AND punch.

The other person said to be his dad is Kazuya. Highly doubtful though as Steve even looks a lot like Lee.

Hwoarang surprised Steve with how easily he took his right hook in the T5 intro.

That surprise eventually changed to excitement as Steve realized that "Ho"-rang will be a good challenge.

His T6 outfit is the dumbest thing I've ever fucking seen in my life. what the fuck is that?

Nina

She is 24 in Tekken 5.

She is called Silent Assassin.

She has an endless rivalry with her sister, Anna Williams.

They both blame each other for their father's death.

She was closer to her dad.

Her dad apparently taught Nina some of the stuff she knows, and is said to have NOT taught Anna.

She is amnesiac since Tekken 3 with only bits and pieces of her memory intact.

Anna helped her around in Tekken 3 and was trying to stop her from becoming an assassin.

She is Steve's MOM!!!

Apparently the guy who had been sending her after the CEO of the Zaibatsu (Heihachi and then Kazuya) was Lee Chaolan.

Lee is also rumored to be Steve's father...meaning a more bitter feud between the bitch sisters as he has a thing going with Anna. Can't wait for Tekken 6.

The other person rumored to be Steve's father is Kazuya. I doubt this one.

She likes recollecting her memories and that is her hobby.

She likes milk tea.

She hates Anna. Dah.

She has the best ass in all the fighting game chicks. IMO.

Death by Degrees took place before the Tekken 1 tournament.

Nina hates vegetables and only likes to eat meat (like me).

Though she is made to look pretty tall, Nina is actually pretty diminutive being only 5"3.

She was initially paired with Paul Phoenix during the earlier incarnations of the Tekken series. Don't see the two together. Not at all.

In 'Tekken chance' she is shown getting her ass kicked by Xiaoyu really badly.

For some reason Namco have stopped making Nina wear those skirts and tank tops that we loved her for. Since T4 she has been totally covered up for some reason. I want the old Nina back!

Yugo

He is the hero of the BR series...though in BR 3 it is Long.

He is 23 in BR 3.

He has been surviving in the streets since the day his father went missing.

He and Fox are rivals.

He and Gado are friendly rivals.

He has pale-yellow eyes.

He turns into a gray furred wolf.

He brings about the downfall of Tylon in BR 1.

He is chosen to be the leader of the Zoanthropes when he defeats Busuzima and Shen Long.

He seems to like Alice too in the first 3 BR games but is trying not to make it obvious...or maybe its something like Mai and Andy. My personal opinion is that he DOES love her.

He is the only one who doesn't get captured in BR 2. SEE BR THEORIES.

He also gets the beast sign in BR 3.

He leaves his position is Zoanthrope leader and goes out looking for answers regarding the beast sign that has come on his body as well as some people he knows…however it is Long who defeats Xion.

Yugo is the one who beat Coronas and Uranus (that is for sure...all the places I have seen agree on that).

He has 4 scars on his chest...some say they are from Fox...

He is very hot tempered.

He has a cool bike.

Kenji is like his younger brother... he adopted him.

Yugo is always irritated over how Alice is worrying over him.

He and Coronas finish their fight by going toe-to-toe. Yugo ends the fight and is shown riding away.

He recognizes everyone from his or her smell (hey Yugo what does Jenny smell like?)

He and Jenny fought only to end up respecting each other: she understood the extent of his power and he was finally ready to listen to what she had to say.

He hates being bossed around but Alice eventually gets away doing it cuz he likes her a lot (loves her?) .

He doesn't know that Alice followed him in BR 3.

There are a lot of people interested in Yugo's power (BR extreme).

Yugo was Gado's first choice for being the leader of the Zoanthropes and Yugo didn't fail to deliver.

He is selfless when it comes to the people he loves....like me!

He is extremely reckless.

His jackets have always been short and sleeveless.

Yugo and Gado spar when time allows.

His jacket reads 'Pain Buster' in BR 2.

He has a punch called J.F. upper... J.F stands for Joe Frazier.

He's got a green bike...which is not cool at all. looks like a fucking scooter for the elderly.

Shina is also a good friend of his and they became friends during the BR 2 and their own little skirmish thanks to their misunderstanding.

His father's name is Yuji Ogami.

Yugo can summon ki flames too as evident in his King of Breakers special.

Alice

She is 22 in BR 3.

She has purple hair and later on she is a brunette.

Her normal eyes are deep brown.

She has red eyes as a rabbit.

She was kidnapped in BR 1 but managed to escape. Later she had to go back to rescue Uriko though.

She developed love for Yugo in BR 1.

She is Uriko’s stepsister as Mitsuko, Uriko’s mom, adopts her.

She has a massive crush on Yugo and Yugo too likes her a lot. It seems neither of them is making the first move.

She is always worried about Yugo cuz of his recklessness.

She goes after him in BR2 to bring him back to the hospital.

She gets the beast sign on her body in BR 3 too, but doesn't let anyone know.

She goes after him in BR3...but makes sure he doesn't see her.

Her shorts in BR 1 are so short that they look like thongs...well almost.

She has a very weird stance in BR 3.

She is pretty pig-headed herself, as she never changes her mind once she's made it up.

She is shown trying to bandage up an irate Yugo in her BR 2 ending.

She is shown jumping at Yugo and hugging him in his BR 3 ending.

She slaps Yugo in BR 4 cuz he could have gotten himself and others killed.

She tends to have a pretty “sporty” taste in her clothing.

She is voiced by the same person in BR3 as the one who voiced Jun Kazama. Now THIS is cool.

Jenny

Her age is unknown. She may be VERY old but it doesn’t show (all women’s dream, huh?)

She is a model and a spy.

She is said to have gone through an experiment and that is why she doesn’t age... the proof of this is her line from BR 2 when u loses to Busuzima as Jenny: "I will never go through THAT again!”

Some say that she is a true breed Vampire...that would explain her blood-sucking throw when she turns into a bat (she literally sucks the blood from ur neck...sounds familiar?). But she is a good guy/gal and so this leaves out the possibility of her being a vampire since they are evil (maybe she has a soul too...finally someone 'Angel' can relate to *ha-ha*).

Her and Gado seem to have a relationship that is more than friendship cuz she still hangs around with him even though their original deal is long done.

Gado even gets shot for her sake in BR 4.

She is a friend of Stun.

She and Yugo fought... but both ended up respecting each other.

She is an amazing hacker too.

She loves red wine.

She hates split ends (explains her short hair).

Her Zoanthrope form is actually lighter than her original form (!).

Her moves are an exact rip-off of Fox's...may be they are related.

She is stark naked in her bat form (!!!).

Though she and Stun were friends up till BR 3 things have become bad once he seemingly lost his sanity and attacked her.
